Father's Day weekend at Temperance

This summer Temperance Beer Co. is offering up daytime activities on Saturday to add something healthier to your life...below are several options to do some other than drink beer. Proceeds from each event go to support local charities;

Saturday 6/20/15, 1:00-2:15 PM - Temperance Trikonasana - Yoga comes to Temperance, Round 2! Open your body and mind with yoga and a pour of Temperance beer post-savasana. $15. Class taught by Jenny Breen. Proceeds are donated to a different charity every month.  Saturday 6/20/15, 8 PM - Actors Gym Circus Night - Back for another epic night, we'll have aerialists, acrobats, and other unforgettable feats. For every drink you purchase, we will donate a percentage to The Actors Gymnasium! From 8 -11 PM! Come support a local treasure while drinking local beer! More details here. Sunday 6/21/15, 12-6 PM - Fathers Day - It's been proven: dads love beer. So obviously we'll be celebrating Fathers Day this Sunday! Don't forget to pick up any last-minute gifts for those awesome dads out there. (If you can't decide what to get him, get him a gift card in any amount.)

May 30: Free Yoga Group Class on the Plaza

Get ready to Namaste and join LYFE Kitchen and Heaven Meets Earth Yoga out on the Plaza in Downtown Evanston (1603 Orrington Avenue) for a morning filled with Downward Dog and Warrior Poses on Saturday, May 30^th at 10AM. 

Start your morning off on a high note with your family and celebrate the gift of yoga. There is no charge to participate and families are encouraged to bring their own mats, if possible.

Free outdoor yoga classes on the 3rd Saturday of each month

This right here is reason #437 I LOVE EVANSTON!!!!

The Dawes House has partnered with Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio to offer outdoor yoga classes on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9 a.m. from June through September (June 15, July 21, August 18 and September 15).  Bring your yoga mat and enjoy an inspiring session!
