Evanston StyleWatch: Crazy Cute Winter Style

It is really hard to look very fashionable and unique and stylish when there is 4 feet of snow on the ground but Kathy threw together one cute work winter outfit! 

She's wearing a tiny black sweater dress with black tights and a long sleeve back tee shirt. Over that she's got on a super cute infinity wool scarf and the BEST part is her above the knee wool socks and super cute green rain boots.
