Highland Garden Club of Evanston will be hosting a plant sale in Independence Park. Locally, home-grown plants are right from the club members' gardens. Members will be able to give you tips and answer any questions, so you will be able to get them to thrive in your garden, too. In addition, there will be tool sharpening with John Jaminski from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
Proceeds from the Plant Sale are used to support the numerous beautification and educational projects this club takes on throughout Evanston. Questions about the plant sale? Please call the Evanston Ecology Center at 847-448-8256.
